No complaints whatsoever, overall it’s charming small and pleasant place with incredibly kind staff at the second request.

The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly and top-class during the whole stay! The food was amazing and there were lots of dishes in the menu. Everything was very good, but a few employees were very rude.

Perfect place, it was perfectly clean and had top-class and amazingly attentive staff at the second request. I had a sumptuous breakfast with nice view and which has a pro, for instance. The location was strategic, close to a byzantine basilica museum.

The units are stylish, tastefully decorated. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, thanks a lot for a really good stay...

Perfect and perfectly clean place to stay in, it has top-class and well-mannered staff at the second request. The location is the best and top, 1 km from an enormous palace. They have a wide range of meals to choose from, the food is delightful. We would not hesitate to return here for a trip.

The breakfast buffet was extremely good, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The receptionist was super friendly and gave great recommendations. The hotel's location was excellent, and everything was clean.

The Kaftan Hotel has an excellent location, an easy walk to the Blue Mosque, close to restaurants and on a very quiet street for such a central location. Transfer from and to the airport went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. Free wifi and the use of a computer in the lobby. Our room was small but adequate.

The guys who run the Kaftan are friendly and reasonably helpful. However, the infrastructure is starting to go. Airconditioning was centrally controlled and that didn't work smoothly. We lost hot water one day, they took care of it right away, but we then needed to spend 20 precious vacation minutes waiting to shower. The place could have been cleaner. I wonder how frequently management inspects the rooms. The "double" bed was two singles side-by-side and made up as one. This was okay, except the sheet and blanket were single-size and so not wide enough. And the cold breakfast buffet could use some warm additions.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Istanbul and had a generally positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. The location was also great, with the major attractions within walking distance and a tram station nearby. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.

The rooms were a bit small, which may be a concern for some guests. the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Best possible location in Istanbul right by all major attractions of historical importance and the sea of Mamara. Got beautifully decorated room with terrace with seaview, a super view plus a socket had wires exposed.

Actually, the room was brand-new with comfortable beds, it also had wake-up service. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice - ease of access to Mosaic Museum.

Conveniently located in Sultan Ahmet area. Metro, museums, taxis easily accessible. Incredibly nice and professional staff. Comfortable rooms, clean bathroom with good shower. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Generous and varied breakfast. Friendly and helpful reception. Close to main touristic places. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect in the middle of Sultanahmet in a street not too noisy. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very nice, with fresh food. The hotel has an enjoyable top-floor terrace where having breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, it arranged for us the transfer to the airport and the dervish show.
